Can I start with Import and add more later?

Yes. Start with Import if wholesale entry is your biggest headache, then move to the Suite whenever you're ready.

Which systems do you support?

Heartland Retail today, with live integrations. ReceiptAI requires Heartland synced to your Shopify website with Mortar. Shopify POS is in development.

What counts as a location?

Each storefront you operate. Warehouses and your online store don't count as extra locations.

Is there a free trial?

We offer guided demos and can set up a trial for your store on request. Reach out and we'll get you started.

What does "nightly sync" mean?

Intelligence connects to Heartland and pulls fresh sales, inventory, and customer data every night. No manual uploads.

Do I need a credit card, and can I cancel?

Billing runs through Stripe, so a card is required. It's month-to-month — cancel anytime from your account settings, no contracts or fees.
